We are going to dig into the neuroscience of why bedtime is the best time for kids to not only learn and embed mindfulness practices, but to also process emotions and experiences from the day, but to also develop a growth mindset and deeper compassion for themselves and others.
We will break down all of the aspects of how you can create a mindful bedtime in your home, and create even deeper connections with your kids!

Each session is approx. 45 minutes in length and includes downloadable practice sheets. A guest emotional expert interview is also included. All materials will be live for access on Tuesday, 02/15.
